Description

At The Luce Hotel, we believe in creating "shine on" moments for both our guests and team members. This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting luxury lifestyle hotel opening on Florida's Gulf Coast while helping shape the culture and guest experience of Sundrop Restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Sundrop Restaurant and banquet events
• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure compliance with Marriott, Crescent Hotels & Resorts, and company service standards
• Manage labor, scheduling, payroll, and departmental expenses
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with culinary, sales, and hotel leadership teams to execute restaurant and banquet programming
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and proactively resolve guest concerns
• Support beverage, service, and operational initiatives that align with the Luce brand vision

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hotel outlet management experience required
• Upscale dining and banquet experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food & beverage financials, labor management, and guest service standards
• Marriott or lifestyle hotel experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
