Corporate RecruiterA leading national organization is seeking an experienced Recruiter II to join its Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with business leaders, and has a strong track record of identifying and attracting top talent.In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, develop effective sourcing strategies, and partner closely with leadership and HR to support hiring needs across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong recruiting expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer support.Partner with hiring managers, senior leadership, and HR to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business needs.Recruit candidates across a variety of experience levels, including experienced professionals and early-career talent.Develop creative sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, professional organizations, networking, referrals, universities, technical programs, and other recruiting channels.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Write and post compelling job advertisements designed to attract qualified candidates.Evaluate candidate qualifications and make recommendations to hiring leaders based on experience, skills, and organizational fit.Provide guidance to hiring managers regarding recruiting processes, interviewing practices, applicant tracking systems, and candidate disposition.Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation within the applicant tracking system.Track recruiting activity and analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.Support recruiting events, career fairs, university initiatives, and other talent acquisition programs as needed.Partner with external recruiting vendors and agencies when appropriate.Assist with evaluating recruiting resources, tools, advertising channels, and related expenses to maximize hiring effectiveness.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experienceDemonstrated experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skillsAbility to effectively partner with hiring managers and senior-level stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and prioritization abilitiesCritical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skillsAbility to analyze recruiting data and identify trendsKnowledge of current recruiting strategies, technologies, and sourcing toolsUnderstanding of employment practices and recruiting compliance requirementsAbility to handle confidential information professionallyAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader Talent Acquisition teamProficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking/recruiting systemsWork EnvironmentProfessional office environmentSome travel may be requiredWhy Join?This opportunity provides the chance to directly influence hiring strategies and organizational growth while partnering with leaders across the business.
