Registered Nurse - Field Assessor

PRN Field Assessor – Rochester, MN We're hiring for a PRN Field Assessor to join our passionate team in Rochester, MN. Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA), you will complete Long Term Care insurance assessments by obtaining claimant demographics, physician information, current medication list, and evaluating the claimant's functional level of independence. The process also includes a brief cognitive screening and assessment of an ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks. You will document all work in real time using a point‑of‑care web application on a laptop or tablet. Essential Qualifications Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice. Current driver's license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation. Current CPR certification. Demonstrated ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of RN experience. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Proven good communication, writing, and organizational skills. Pay $50 - $150 per visit. Annual total cash target pay: $71,677 – $107,516. Per visit point: $34.46 - $51.69. Hourly rate: $41.35 - $62.03. Benefits This position is not eligible for benefits.
