Role Description The Remote Projects Administrative Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Charleston, WV. This position oversees the planning, coordination, and administration of multiple university projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and outcomes are met. The manager will organize project documentation, track progress, schedule and support meetings, and collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to keep stakeholders informed. Daily responsibilities include maintaining project records, preparing status reports, monitoring compliance with university policies, and helping resolve administrative issues. The role also involves improving processes, supporting grant and contract activities, and contributing to strategic initiatives that advance the university’s mission.\n

• Project coordination and administration skills, including scheduling, tracking milestones, and managing documentation.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and competing priorities.

• Proficiency with office and collaboration software (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management tools, videoconferencing platforms).

• Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, correspondence, and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
