AE - Sales Leader (Full-Time)

YOUR ROLE As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, motivate and celebrate associates and you have a passion for driving killer sales results. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Your Responsibilities You have a passion for driving sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class in‑store experience, and support Store Leadership to maximize business opportunities and drive KPI results. You're a people leader: You motivate, inspire and hold the team accountable to AEO's service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. You recruit and hire strong talent, ensuring the store is always staffed to meet business needs and you train and develop associates to uphold a Guest First culture. You drive teamwork: You set clear, attainable goals, provide real‑time coaching and celebrate outstanding performance to boost engagement. You innovate in visual and operational procedures: You execute shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards, keeping Fitting Rooms ready and rockin’ AEO Brand Standards.
