United States, South Carolina, Spartanburg Oct 25, 2026 Your Job Join our team as General Manager (GM) and lead our Corrugated Packaging facility in Spartanburg, SC. As the key leader, you will have overall responsibility for the success and profitability of the Spartanburg plant. This is an exciting opportunity to align team efforts with our vision to deliver high-quality packaging solutions on time while leading our sales, operations, and customer service teams. Reporting to the South Region VP of Packaging, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive growth, deliver customer value, and strive for operational excellence. Location: For this position you must live or relocate within close proximity to the Spartanburg plant. The role requires frequent travel (50%+) to effectively build customer relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and seek operational improvements. Business Leadership & Financial Performance Own the facility's P&L and make sound economic decisions that improve both near- and long-term business performance. Establish priorities and allocate resources based on where they can create the greatest value for customers and the business. Use financial, operational, customer, and market insights to identify opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and improve decision-making. Build strong partnerships across the organization, sharing knowledge and capabilities to solve problems and capture opportunities. Foster an environment where employees challenge the status quo, learn from successes and failures, and work together to achieve superior results. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience in a manufacturing environment with 5+ years in a managerial leadership role in sales or operations. Experience leading, developing and coaching teams. What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. Experience with profit and loss (P&L) ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability. Experience within the corrugated, packaging, or related industrial manufacturing industry. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a strategic mindset and success in driving organizational change.
