About the Role:
Join Horizon Health Services, Inc. as a Registered Nurse in Surry, VA, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate patient care.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Triage phone calls.
- Communication of test results to patients.
- Schedule referrals/diagnostic imaging.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia.
