What You'll Do
- Provide advanced dental care and treatments for residents with intellectual disabilities at the Supported Living Center
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with documented clinical justification
- Perform routine and complex dental procedures while maintaining safe practices
- Accurately document all clinical encounters using electronic health records
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate treatment plans clearly
- Follow all facility policies and adhere to accreditation standards including CMS, MSSLC, and HHSC regulations
- Work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
What You Need
- Current, unrestricted Texas dental license (TDLR)
- Unrestricted DEA registration
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Experience with digital dentistry and electronic health records
- Ability to work a 4-day/10-hour schedule, TuesdayFriday
- Strong organizational and communication skills
