A tax professional with 13 years of public accounting experience and strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. Prepare and review tax returns, conduct tax research, support tax planning initiatives, and begin mentoring junior staff while managing multiple client engagements. This role offers hands-on experience preparing a variety of tax returns, researching complex tax matters, supporting client tax planning, and building relationships while working with a diverse and sophisticated client base including high-net-worth individuals and businesses across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns, including detailed work papers. Draft and revise tax correspondence, memoranda, and client deliverables. Prepare tax projections and support tax planning strategies. Research and analyze domestic and international tax issues. Provide training, guidance, and support to tax staff and interns. Develop foundational relationship-building skills to support client loyalty. Build understanding of client industries, KPIs, and emerging tax trends. Participate in networking activities and maintain relationships with business peers.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Accounting or Taxation preferred. Minimum 1 year of public accounting experience, with at least one busy season. CPA licensed or actively pursuing CPA eligibility. Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing deadlines with high-quality results. Strong technical tax skills and analytical abilities.
