• Our facility is a 656-bed hospital featuring The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, advanced cancer treatment technologies, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

Responsibilities

• Staff in this role are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in line with HHS standards to ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality patient care.
• The Registered Nurse (RN) must exhibit the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care tailored to the needs of patients across all medical-surgical units, including rehabilitation.
• The RN is tasked with planning patient care, which includes developing, modifying, and executing care plans in accordance with HHS standards to ensure quality patient care as outlined in the Patient Care policies and procedures.
• The RN candidate is expected to comply with the regulations established by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act, as well as other regulatory and accrediting bodies such as CMS and TJC.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Two to three years of experience in critical care.
• Completion of a two-year associate degree.
• BLS certification must be acquired within 14 days of hiring or transferring into this position and before providing direct patient care.
• Valid Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.
