Social Media Marketing Manager

Creative and analytical, the full-time remote Social Media Marketing & Community Manager will own TechSoup's global social presence, manage paid social performance, and nurture an online community ecosystem while leading organic social strategy and executing international ad campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and Meta. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a multi-national social media strategy, managing editorial content and engagement across various platforms Plan, launch, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility Oversee online community management, fostering engagement and trust while participating in relevant external forums Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities, preferably in B2B SaaS or the nonprofit sector Hands-on experience with project management tools like Wrike for managing campaigns and editorial calendars Proficiency in using HubSpot for marketing campaigns and lead tracking Experience managing targeted campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager Exceptional written English skills and experience creating visual assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
