VP of Treasury

We are looking for an experienced treasury leader to oversee the bank’s balance sheet strategy and guide critical decisions related to liquidity, funding, and interest rate exposure in Fort Worth, Texas. This position works closely with executive leadership to align treasury activities with growth targets, earnings objectives, and prudent risk management. The role also provides leadership across treasury governance, investment oversight, and cross-functional coordination with finance, accounting, risk, and external partners.Responsibilities:• Direct the bank’s treasury function with oversight of liquidity planning, funding strategy, and balance sheet positioning.• Shape and maintain strategies that support earnings performance while managing exposure to changing interest rate conditions.• Lead asset liability management activities and provide analysis that informs executive decision-making.• Oversee the investment portfolio to ensure it supports policy objectives, risk tolerance, and overall financial performance.• Manage the funds transfer pricing framework and evaluate its effectiveness in supporting business and balance sheet goals.• Establish and reinforce treasury governance practices, policies, and reporting standards across the organization.• Partner with accounting, finance, risk, and external advisors to coordinate treasury initiatives and maintain strong operational alignment.• Prepare cash flow forecasts and other treasury analyses to support liquidity management and strategic planning.• Contribute to a controlled operating environment by supporting compliance awareness, including considerations related to anti-money laundering controls where applicable.Resumes via LinkedIn - Hemant Dahya
