Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Department care for a travel assignment. The role involves providing high-quality emergency nursing services in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency nursing care to patients with diverse medical conditions.
• Assess patient needs, perform clinical assessments, and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare protocols.
• Respond effectively to urgent situations, providing lifesaving interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and families about their conditions and post-care instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent ER nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in emergency medical procedures and protocols.
• Capable of working effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Exhibit excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shifts in a dynamic hospital setting.
