First Title Group is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to clients, real estate professionals, lenders, and business partners throughout the closing process. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing accurate information, timely follow-up, and professional assistance. You will coordinate client communications, monitor open cases, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Doral, Florida. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide clear, professional, and timely information to clients and business partners. Follow up on open requests and ensure issues are resolved efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within company systems. Collaborate with closing, pre-closing, accounting, and administrative teams. Support initiatives focused on improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Assist with administrative and customer service tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Client Relations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent phone etiquette and professional customer interaction skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a title company, real estate office, mortgage company, escrow services, or related industry. Knowledge of real estate transactions, title services, closings, or settlement processes. Experience working with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers.
