Travel MRI Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging
American Traveler
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 1.5 Tesla GE Artist MRI experience and a minimum of 1 year of MRI experience for a Level III trauma center.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of MRI experience required
- ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required
- BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
- ARRT CT and Radiography license required
- NM state license required if applicable
- Experience with full body MRI procedures required
Responsibilities
- Work in the MRI Department of a 198-bed hospital
- Patient population includes all ages (adult, geriatric, pediatric)
- Perform full body MRI procedures
- Uses 1.5 Tesla GE Artist MRI scanner
- Uses Cerner EHR system
- Shift schedule is 7A-7P, Friday through Sunday
- Periodic on-call required during the week
- No floating required
- Level III trauma center that receives Level I, II, and III trauma cases via air transport
- Hospital offers medical, surgical, and rehabilitation services including childbirth center, cancer center, nephrology unit, pediatric unit, inpatient behavioral health unit, and day surgery center
- Accredited in PCI, Mammography, and Laboratory services
- Located in Farmington, New Mexico, in the San Juan River Valley
