IFRS Senior Analyst

IFRS Senior Analyst Immediate need for a talented IFRS Senior Analyst with experience in the Banking & Financial Industry. This is a 11+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 4-5 years+ experience with managing, configuring financial systems. Accounting degree (CPA not required but strongly encouraged). Hybrid experience: strong Accounting knowledge and foundation together with a technical system background that can translate Accounting business requirements into technical terms. Project mentality not necessarily a project manager, but someone that understands how to manage a project, project deliverables, deadlines, gathering business requirements, etc. Self-starter, ability to work independently, and ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders. Proven ability to successfully interact with and influence multiple layers of management and business users. Ability to gain consensus and alignment across diverse groups of business and technical users. Proved ability to apply critical thinking skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Strong aptitude to learn, and flexibility required. MS Office Proficiency (Excel is mainly used for project tracking or to provide/present information, not for formulas or calculations). Preferred/Nice-to-haves: HFM system experience. Delivery of training to small-medium sized groups. Financial services industry experience. Hands-on experience with financial systems projects.
