CNC Programmer, 2nd Shift, Omniseal Solution, $32.00-$48.00 per hour. M-F 2:00pm - 12am M-Th, plus Overtime. 2nd shift $1.00 differential plus Quarterly Bonus

The Omniseal Solutions division under the Mobility business is looking for an Engineering Technician to join the Saint-Gobain team.

Omniseal Solutions, a Saint-Gobain company, is a global engineering leader dedicated to the design and manufacture of high-precision sealing solutions. Our products protect critical applications in the most demanding environments, from aerospace to medical devices. We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer who brings critical thinking and expertise to program, design, and optimize fabrication processes for both production components and essential tooling.

As our CNC Programmer, your expertise will be essential in ensuring the efficient and precise production of components within our Garden Grove facility. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs (specifically for multi-axis mills and lathes), Wire EDM programs, as well as developing detailed CAD designs for tools.

You will play a pivotal, cross-functional role, collaborating closely with engineering, quality assurance, CNC production, and tooling technicians. Your contributions will directly enhance manufacturing processes and involve designing and creating 3D models and engineering drawings for necessary fixtures, custom tools, custom cutters, and form tools.

• GED/HS Diploma (preferred)

• Certification in National Tool & Machining Association preferred

• Certification in Manufacturing Skills Standards Council preferred

• Must have 6+ years plastic manufacturing industry, CNC machining and programming preferred

• Experience with solidworks, mastercam.cad/HCAM, G-Code and M-Code for CNC mills and lathe programming language and Mazaktrol - Griffo Bros CAMLink software is Preferred.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the local pay range for this position, which is $32.00 to $48.00 per hour . This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position, is $66,560 to $109,824 . Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.]
