Executive Neuroscience Sales Specialist (Canton, OH) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to promote schizophrenia medications across the Canton, Ohio territory. The role involves clinical selling, territory management, and collaboration with internal teams to drive sales performance and market access.

Responsibilities

Drive demand generation for schizophrenia medications using clinical selling and product differentiation strategies
Develop and execute territory coverage plans that maximize access to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
Create customer-specific sales approaches aligned with practitioner perspectives and institutional philosophies within compliance guidelines
Coordinate with sales leadership, other neuroscience teams, market access, and operations to support regional objectives
Meet all sales performance goals, call plan attainment, and compliance training requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree minimum
Valid U.S. driver's license
Two or more years healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
Problem-solving ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
Must live in or relocate to Canton/Akron/Youngstown area
Specialty sales experience in related therapeutic areas preferred
Demonstrated learning aptitude toward emerging technologies like AI
