Senior RFIC Layout Engineer - mmWave & SoC Expert
Point2 Technology Inc.
Point2 Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced Analog / RFIC Layout Engineer to lead the layout phase from floorplanning to tape-out, partnering with analog and RFIC designers to deliver high-frequency circuit designs.
You will own full-chip integration, floorplanning, and complex routing for sensitive RF/analog macros, ensuring robust performance and reliability. Responsibilities include DRC/LVS/ERC checks, EM and IR drop resolution, and developing methodologies to integrate custom macros
