Job Description

Fairmont Austin is hosting an on-site hiring event on August 14, 2026 . This event will be held on the 7th floor in Parkview A from 2pm-4pm . 

We will be hiring for multiple positions and departments, please see below:

Culinary: Cooks in multiple elevated venues, Chef de Partie, Pastry Chef de Partie, Executive Chef - Garrison Venue

Engineering: Day and Overnight shifts, Supervisors, HVAC/Kitchen Tech

Food & Beverage: Servers in multiple elevated venues, Barista, Banquet Manager

Rooms: Front Desk Agent, Guest Services Supervisor
