Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in our clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families, taking into account their unique dynamics and challenges.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples while providing individual therapy when needed, working through issues such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse
\n
• Physical or psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts
\n
• Separation, divorce, and related adjustments
\n
• Blended family challenges
\n
• Communication difficulties
\n
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs of your clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on couples and families, addressing a variety of mental health issues ranging from relationship dynamics to individual mental wellness. You will work with diverse client demographics, including adults and children/adolescents who are navigating life’s challenges, enhancing your skill set and broadening your impact in the community.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must hold the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
