The Role

This is a full-cycle (360) recruitment role focused on Professional Services, with a core emphasis on law firms and related professional services organizations.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will own your desk end-to-end—driving business development, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality talent solutions through to placement.

This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who understands the professional services landscape, enjoys consultative selling, and is motivated to build and grow a sustainable desk within a high-performance environment.

While the core focus is professional services, experience recruiting HR roles is a significant advantage and aligns closely with the Frazer Jones brand.

What You’ll Do

• Own and operate a full 360 recruitment desk within the Professional Services market
• Develop and manage relationships with law firms and other professional services clients
• Drive new business through outbound BD, networking, referrals, and targeted market mapping
• Lead detailed job intakes and act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, compensation, and market trends
• Source, engage, and interview professionals across legal support, corporate functions, and (ideally) HR roles
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments covering technical capability, cultural fit, and organizational alignment
• Manage processes end-to-end including interview coordination, feedback, offer negotiation, and close
• Deliver a consistently high-quality experience to both candidates and clients
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure best-practice recruitment processes
• Share market intelligence and talent insights with clients and internal stakeholders
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6+ years of agency recruitment experience, with demonstrated 360 desk ownership
• Proven experience recruiting withinlaw firms and/or professional services organizations (required)
• Experience recruiting HR roles (strongly preferred but not required)
• Strong understanding of professional services environments, structures, and hiring needs
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
• Strong candidate sourcing, engagement, and closing capabilities
• Confident, consultative communicator with a commercial, revenue-driven mindset
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple live searches
• Motivated by performance targets, growth, and long-term desk development
