As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.

AA Dental Care is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our fun, welcoming team!

Schedule:

Monday 7:30am-5:00pm
Tuesday 7:30am-3:00pm
Wednesday 7:30am-5:00pm
Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm

Consistent Patient Schedule:

Average approx. 7 patients a day
60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!
SRP appointments are 60-90 minutes, flexible on hygienist need!

About AA Dental Care:

Join a 8-person team that thrives on collaboration, communication and community!
8 operatory practice, hosting 2 hygienists and 1 doctor during the week.
We are located on South 48th Street between State Street and Main Street. 1.5 blocks south of 48th and Broadway.

What We're Looking For:

Passionate about patient care and oral health education.
Engaging and friendly, making patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Experience with Dentrix software is a plus.
A team player who contributes to our positive and nurturing work environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide top-tier dental hygiene treatments and oral health assessments.
Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene best practices.
Collaborate with our amazing dental team to ensure top-notch patient experiences.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
Open to new graduate or experienced hygienist!
A valid dental hygienist license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain one).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting patient relationships.
