We pride ourselves on our work ethic, our standards, and our drive for excellence and always pushing ourselves to do better. Position Summary Ran-Bro Tool is seeking a highly skilled Toolmaker. This position is primarily focused on hands‑on tool‑making responsibilities, including the build, repair, and maintenance of injection molding and die cast tooling. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the desire for long‑term success and growth. Build, repair, and maintain injection molds, including multi‑cavity and hot‑runner systems. Perform complex tool repairs, including welding, spotting, fitting, and component replacement. Design and modify tooling using CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, Mastercam, or AutoCAD. Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T to produce precision components. Program CNC machines and support EDM, grinding, milling, and turning operations. Troubleshoot tooling issues and collaborate with engineering on design improvements. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and ITAR requirements. Qualifications & Experience Required: Experience in Tool & Die Making, Tool Design, and Injection Mold Tooling. 5+ years experience preferred in manufacturing preferred. Proven success improving profitability, operational performance, and team effectiveness. Strong understanding of machining processes, blueprints, and GD&T. Experience with ERP systems.
