Barista

PART-TIME BARISTA - LOST BOY COFFEE @ THE INDIE

We're looking for someone who knows that great coffee is only half the job.

Lost Boy is looking for a part-time Barista who loves coffee, people, and creating the kind of experience that makes someone want to come back tomorrow.

We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to push buttons on an espresso machine. We're looking for someone who brings energy, personality, curiosity, and genuine hospitality to the bar.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Craft espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and care

Create genuine connections with guests and make them feel welcome

Deliver our version of unreasonable hospitality -the little things matter

Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and marketplace clean, organized, and ready to go

Learn our menu, products, standards, and the story behind what we do

Jump in wherever the team needs you-because great hospitality is a team sport

Bring ideas, personality, and a willingness to make the experience better
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You might be our person if you:

• Have previous barista or coffee experience OR are genuinely excited to learn
• Love talking to people and making someone's day a little better
• Can move with purpose without sacrificing quality
• Take pride in the details
• Show up reliably and ready to contribute
• Can handle a busy environment without losing your cool
• Are comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player
• Believe that hospitality is about people, not just transactions
• Have a positive attitude and aren't afraid to have a little fun while you work

MOST IMPORTANTLY...

We're building something special at The Indie.

We want people who choose to be here -people who take ownership, support their teammates, and believe that the smallest interaction can turn an ordinary visit into a memorable one.

If you're looking for a place to clock in, make coffee, and clock out, we may not be your people.

If you're looking for a team where your personality matters, your ideas are welcome, and hospitality is taken seriously (but we still know how to have fun) ...

We'd love to meet you.

Come make some coffee. Make someone's day. Be a little unreasonable.
