Patient Service Representative Department: MaineHealth Primary Care Family and Internal Medicine and Pediatrics North Conway Facility Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM Shifts: 8 hour per diem shifts on an as needed basis Location: Fully onsite at 3073 White Mountain Highway North Conway, NH Summary The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs) Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
