Summary: This position will provide support to the Regional Manager and Regional Director while responsible for the personnel leadership, training, and overall operational safety of the team in addition to providing excellent customer service. Job Description Provide feedback to the Regional Manager and Regional Director. Ensure employees are held accountable for their safety standards and resolve maintenance issues. Monitor performance metrics, develop process improvements, and resolve issues that impact service levels. Attend customer meetings and build relationships with that customer. Coordinate logistics activities with internal/external customers. Ensure that all employees provide the highest level of service.
