Sourcing Specialist

Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for Marketing, Brand Management, and Public Affairs categories.
Manage supplier engagements across print production, direct mail, fulfillment, communications, events, sponsorships, and PR services.
Develop and execute category strategies to optimize cost, quality, supplier performance, and service delivery.
Conduct competitive sourcing events (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and support contract renewals and supplier selection.
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing models, service levels, and contract terms with suppliers.
Drive supplier consolidation, spend optimization, and process improvements to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
Review, draft, and manage contracts while ensuring compliance with legal, risk, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze supplier performance, spend data, and market benchmarks to identify value creation opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Risk, Information Security, and business stakeholders.
Ensure secure handling of customer data and adherence to privacy, governance, and third-party risk management standards.
Support strategic sourcing initiatives within a complex, highly regulated environment and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Utilize procurement and contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., Ariba, RFx platforms, spend analytics) to manage sourcing activities effectively.

Qualifications:

2+ years of sourcing, procurement, contract management, or strategic sourcing experience.
Experience negotiating commercial contracts and managing supplier relationships within marketing, print, direct mail, communications, or related categories.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management skills.
