Ready to take on a Facilities Director role in Auburn and Hampden, Maine where your leadership directly protects food safety, operational continuity, and the success of an entire organization? ProSearch is partnering with a mission-driven organization to find an experienced leader with expertise in facilities management, industrial refrigeration, cold storage, freezer systems, food safety, preventive maintenance, OSHA compliance, and facility operations to lead critical infrastructure across two distribution centers.

This is more than a facilities leadership opening. It's a chance to become the strategic owner of the systems, people, and processes that keep operations running every day. You'll serve as the organization's leader for industrial refrigeration, cold storage infrastructure, preventive maintenance, facility operations, regulatory compliance, business continuity, and operational reliability, ensuring safe, audit-ready, temperature-controlled environments while protecting critical food distribution operations.
