Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty
• Required AHA BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit
• Monitor patient progress and document changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Assist with patient assessments and care plans

Compliance / Notes

MUST work 2 major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and 1 minor holiday: The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve.
