Executive Director, Parenteral Manufacturing Science and Technology

Executive Director leading parenteral manufacturing science and technology strategy across Bristol Myers Squibb's internal and external manufacturing network. Accountable for sterile drug product process validation, technical transfer, compliance, and lifecycle management from commercialization through continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technical strategy for global parenteral drug product manufacturing network
• Oversee validation programs, process transfers, and new product launches ensuring regulatory compliance
• Lead manufacturing science and technology organization for sterile drug product expansions and process engineering
• Direct data management, process monitoring, and change management for parenteral products
• Attract, develop, and lead cross-functional teams of scientists and engineers across multiple sites

Requirements

• Advanced degree in pharmaceutical science, chemical engineering, or related field
• Extensive experience in parenteral/sterile drug product manufacturing and process validation
• Deep knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH guidelines, and global health authority requirements
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams across multiple sites and organizations
• Technical expertise in process engineering, technology transfer, and CMC authoring
• Experience with process robustness, scale-up, and innovative manufacturing technologies
