This role plays a critical part in sourcing, interviewing, and placing top candidates for our client base. If you enjoy fast-paced work, building relationships, and helping people find meaningful employment—this opportunity is for you.Key responsibilities include:Sourcing candidates using job boards, internal databases, referrals, and social mediaScreening resumes and conducting interviews to evaluate candidates' qualificationsMatching candidates with roles that align with their skills and career goalsCommunicating with clients to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidatesMaintaining accurate records of candidate and client interactions in our ATSAssisting with onboarding tasks and ensuring a positive candidate experienceCollaborating with the sales team to fill open job orders quickly and effectivelyMeeting weekly placement goals and earning commission based on performanceRequirements include:1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or related experience preferred (will consider motivated entry-level candidates)Strong communication and organizational skillsA team player who can also work independentlyAbility to prioritize and manage multiple open positionsFamiliarity with ATS software and sourcing tools is a plusHigh level of professionalism, persistence, and energyWhat we offer:Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissionClear career growth opportunitiesTraining and mentorship from industry veteransPositive, collaborative work environmentOpportunity to make a real impact by connecting people with careers
