We are seeking an organized, motivated Recruiter to help identify qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and support the hiring process. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, communicates professionally, and follows through consistently.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish job postings on job boards and social media.
• Search for candidates through résumé databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and community outreach.
• Review applications and conduct initial telephone screenings.
• Explain job duties, schedules, qualifications, and application requirements.
• Schedule interviews and communicate updates to candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and follow-up notes.
• Assist with hiring events, recruitment campaigns, and onboarding coordination.
• Handle candidate information confidentially and professionally.

Qualifications

• Strong telephone, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings, appointments, and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
• Familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and online job platforms.
• Ability to evaluate candidates against job-related requirements.
• Recruiting, staffing, human resources, sales, or customer service experience is helpful.
