What you’ll do Build and manage a warm pipeline (internet leads, walk‑ins, local events, referrals). Consult with individuals and small businesses to match needs with Auto, Home, Life, and supplemental products. Participate in highly successful protocols to fuel your success. Educate and advise clients on how to protect their family and livelihood. Be a community champion—events, sponsorships, and social content that highlight how we help neighbors recover from the unexpected. Success (first 12 months) Consistent monthly premium targets met or exceeded. Quote‑to‑bind rate improving quarter over quarter. Strong retention and cross‑sell from proactive policy reviews. Cultivating your own personal following with raving‑fan reviews. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
