Tenant Services Coordinator

Location Miami, FL33131 Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay Rate $30/hour Experience 2–4 years preferred Job Description We are seeking a professional and organized Tenant Services Coordinator to support daily property operations and serve as a primary point of contact for tenants. Key Responsibilities Provide front desk coverage and respond to tenant inquiries by phone and email. Coordinate tenant service requests, maintenance, repairs, and property inspections. Maintain tenant, emergency contact, and directory information. Process building access, vendor access, and Fitness Center requests. Assist with move-in/move-out activities and lease administration. Conduct required OFAC compliance searches. Manage incoming mail, couriers, deliveries, and office/breakroom supplies. Coordinate with vendors for office equipment and building services. Maintain accurate records and assist with reports and general administrative tasks. Work closely with property management, maintenance, accounting, and legal teams. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in customer service, tenant relations, property management, or administration. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar property management software is preferred. Basic knowledge of lease agreements and building maintenance. Ability to work independently and learn quickly. Interview Process 1–2 rounds, potentially virtual and/or in person.
