Marketing Specialist

*This will be hybrid 3x a week in Rockville, MD Seeking a Program Coordinator to support communications, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with excellent organizational skills who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and support programs in a fast-paced environment. Key Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, communications, marketing, project coordination, or a related field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting executive-level communications. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines. Experience supporting events, campaigns, or cross-functional initiatives. Familiarity with project management, marketing automation, or content management tools is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Responsibilities Coordinate communications, events, and strategic initiatives from planning through execution. Draft and edit communications, presentations, newsletters, and other content. Manage project timelines, meeting logistics, agendas, and stakeholder communications. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
