Patient Care Coordinator
Oregon or Washington RN license or compact license must be active and on file. 1 year of case manager or patient care coordinator experience is required. RNs will be needed to work weekends, Sunday to Saturday, including holidays. Previous experience is preferred. Experience with electronic charting is required. Experience with Medicaid and Medicare is necessary.
