AMEDISYS HOME HEALTH
Amedisys is seeking an Admissions Registered Nurse to join our home health team in Portland, Oregon. This full-time role delivers patient start of care assessments and care coordination to help patients heal at home. You will perform timely OASIS assessments, provide skilled nursing care per plan of care, and educate patients and families.
