Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manufacturing Leader to oversee end-to-end production operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering operational excellence. Compensation $120-140K annually (open to discussion) Key Responsibilities Manage, coach, and develop staff; oversee hiring, workforce planning, and performance management Optimize machine scheduling to maximize efficiency and output Conduct capacity analysis and recommend expansion strategies as needed Develop capital expenditure proposals, including business cases and presentations Enforce safety standards, lead corrective actions, and ensure timely completion Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Oversee inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and material handling systems Manage departmental budgets and support facility and capacity planning Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory codes, licenses, and certifications Support and oversee plant-level apprenticeship programs Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations Leadership preferred 5+ years of relevant experience (including 2+ years in a leadership role in manufacturing) Experience leading LEAN manufacturing initiatives Strong knowledge of CNC/Swiss machining processes and manufacturing operations Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills Experience driving process optimization and cost reduction Experience working in ISO-regulated environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Employbridge
