Busy/Large Level 1 Trauma Candidates need to be flexible on scheduling - no self scheduling\n EOW required\n EPIC required\n Must have' skills: CRRT, hemodynamic monitoring, chest tubes, ventilator, various drains/surgical sites\n Is there a call or standby requirement? may be flexed off if census is low, not usually a problem. Standby only if unit closes for low census, again, not usually a problem maybe once/year if that\n Floating Requirements first to float, then OT floats, then remainder of staff. Float to other ICU's within hospital, skill set will be considered for assignment\n \n Daily Parking is $15+/day.
