What’s a typical day as Part-time Operations and Accounts Payable Clerk? You’ll be:

• Reviewing and approving invoices through the Accounts Payable process
• Providing general office operations and administrative support
• Working within multiple company systems, including Warehouse Management System, Accounts Payable System, and Service Management System
• Serving as a backup for warehouse operations when needed
• Learning and performing forklift operation, shipping and receiving duties, packaging, and additional warehouse support functions

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable experience (required)
• Are adaptable and comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
• Are eager to learn new systems and gain hands-on warehouse experience (forklift operation, shipping/receiving)
• Can commit to a part-time schedule, three days per week with flexible days
