Compassionate Hospice RN Case Manager

Spanish Cove At Home is seeking an RN Hospice Case Manager to plan and oversee hospice care for patients in the Home Hospice program. You will assess needs, manage symptoms, and provide support to families in a compassionate, interdisciplinary setting. The role requires a current Oklahoma RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and 1+ year in med-surg/geriatric or long-term care nursing, with willingness to participate in 24/7 coverage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
