Part-time Receptionist/Office Assistant:
Small law firm in North Scottsdale seeking part-time receptionist for 3 Days a week. Requirements are as follows:
- Must have 2 years office experience.
- Computer Proficiency required with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, office equipment such as copier/scanner. MAC experience a plus.
- Answer phones in a professional manner and delegate calls or take messages accurately.
- Detailed documentation of potential new client information.
- Team oriented attitude toward co-workers and professional, helpful attitude toward callers.
- Professional appearance and attire.
- Must be prompt, if you have a problem showing up on time, this is not the job for you.
