ER Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse will work in the Emergency Room providing high-quality patient care. The shift will involve working three 12-hour days. You must be available to work every other weekend. First-time travelers are accepted. No on-call requirements are needed for this position. The role involves care for a diverse patient population including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. The daily census is typically around 145 patients in the Emergency Room. Nurses must demonstrate skills in managing acute medical situations such as traumatic injuries, respiratory distress, and cardiac emergencies. Other responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments and interventions for complex patient cases. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential for efficient patient care. You will manage equipment and emergency procedures as needed. Candidates must meet specified skill requirements and demonstrate competency in emergency nursing practices. Weekend and holiday work is required as per facility guidelines. All employees are expected to adhere to established quality and patient safety standards.
