Job Title: 2nd Shift Process Technician

Company Location:
- Suwanee, GA 30024, USA

Shift and Pay : Hours are from 3:15pm-11:45pm, pay is between $23-$30 an hour

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Process Technician you will:
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance and adjustments on equipment as needed.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 4 to 5 years in a manufacturing or process environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to foster collaboration.
- Proficiency in operating SMT
- A keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
