Personal Finance & Accounting Assistant (Part-Time) 8-10 hours a day fully remote - preferred PST hours Are you a detail-oriented bookkeeping professional who enjoys keeping finances organized and accurate? We are seeking a trustworthy and experienced Personal Finance & Accounting Assistant to support an individual with personal financial recordkeeping and account management. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks. Reconcile personal bank accounts and credit card statements. Track, classify, and monitor income, expenses, and recurring payments. Prepare organized financial records and reports for tax and accounting purposes. Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive financial information. Qualifications: Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience required. Proficiency with QuickBooks (QuickBooks Online preferred). Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations. Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
