Clinic Admissions Associate

Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, Chanhassen, MN. Must be the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. Guide families through admissions process with empathy and care. Responsibilities : Manage daily administrative functions for busy clinics, including document management and internal/external communication with referral sources. Provide exceptional support to inbound calls from prospective and current families. Develop subject‑matter expertise on autism to answer families’ questions and explain services. Assist with marketing and admissions tasks to support operations manager and clinical leadership. Represent ABC’s core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun) and act as a cultural role model. Qualifications : 1–2 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, or client relations. High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Positive and engaging demeanor, ready to engage families. Passion for work that benefits children with autism and their families. Eagerness to contribute to a caring, team‑oriented culture and to show up consistently. Benefits (selected): Pay: $19–$22 per hour, bonus up to $6,000. 10 days PTO, 10 paid holidays, and 2 flex days.
