Component Inspection & Rework Specialist Is this you?
- Do you naturally notice small defects that others miss?
- Are you comfortable fixing minor issues like rust or surface blemishes?
- Do you thrive in a clean, organized, safety-first environment?
- Pay: $20.50 per hour
- Shifts:
- Hybrid: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- 1st: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Schedule Expectation: Mandatory Saturdays
- Visually inspect components against defined quality standards.
- Identify, record, and communicate defects that don’t meet requirements.
- Perform light rework (e.g., rust removal, small surface corrections) to bring parts to spec.
- Keep your workstation clean and organized at all times.
- Adhere to company quality procedures and safety guidelines.
- Strong observational skills and precision.
- Hands-on aptitude for minor rework tasks.
- Reliable attendance, including Saturdays as required.
- Previous inspection/manufacturing experience preferred, not mandatory.
