The Role We are establishing our foundational commercial team and are seeking a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead our marketing efforts. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will be the architect of our brand's visual identity and the engine behind our marketing execution, working in lockstep with our newly formed Sales function. This role requires a unique blend of creative design skills, digital marketing acumen, and meticulous logistical coordination. You will be responsible for creating compelling collateral, managing our digital presence, and ensuring our brand shines at industry events. As an early team member, you will have a significant impact on how AIBODY is perceived in the market. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Content Creation Visual Design & Collateral: Design high-quality, professional marketing materials for both print and digital mediums (e.g., brochures, one-pagers, presentations, web graphics) that strictly adhere to AIBODY's brand guidelines. AI-Powered Marketing: Proficiently leverage generative AI tools to accelerate content creation, ideate campaigns, and enhance visual assets. Campaign Messaging: Collaborate with the Sales team to craft compelling messaging and copy for email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials. Sales Alignment: Ensure all marketing strategies and materials are directly aligned and actively support the goals of the Sales function. Digital & Social Media Management Social Media Leadership: Take full ownership of AIBODY's social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.). Develop a content calendar, create engaging posts, and actively grow our online community. Digital Presence: Maintain and update digital assets, ensuring a consistent and professional brand voice across all online touchpoints. Conference & Trade Show Coordination Event Logistics: Serve as the primary coordinator for all industry conferences and trade shows. This includes booking exhibition space, ordering furniture packages, and managing all related vendor communications. Booth Management: Take physical responsibility for the coordination, packing, and logistics (shipping/delivery) of booth setup materials, including backdrops, monitors, halo signs, and printed marketing collateral. Inventory Control: Manage the storage and inventory of all physical marketing and event materials. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications or a related role. Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and a strong portfolio of visual work. Proven experience utilizing generative AI tools for marketing and content creation. Experience managing corporate social media accounts and crafting marketing copy.
