Vaco Arizona is partnering with a top company in Mesa to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This hybrid opportunity offers up to $26 per hour and is ideal for someone with strong billing, accounts receivable, and customer account management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process accurate customer invoices in a timely manner Partner with internal business managers to gather billing information and resolve discrepancies Maintain and update customer billing data through vendor portals and ERP systems Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account activity Support month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Maintain accurate financial records while safeguarding confidential information Research and resolve billing issues, escalating concerns when necessary Qualifications 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience. Experience with ERP systems.
